In the fifth episode of the third season of Fire & Flame, the fire department is alerted in the middle of the night: a smoke alarm beeps. The high-altitude rescuers, a special unit of the fire department, have training sessions every week, this time together with the trainees. The training scenario: A person has injured himself while working at a dizzying height and needs to be rescued. At an S-Bahn station in Langendreer, several schoolchildren are stuck in an elevator and a car is fully ablaze.
