LAP YAN meets SIU LING. When he knows that she has borrowed a lot of money after the death of CHUN HON, he is so worried that WAI YIN will have similar occurrence after his death. KAI TAI invites MAN JING to a dinner. They meet MAN JING's colleague AMY. By judging from his appearance, AMY misunderstands that he is the .Uncle of MAN JING and this embarasses him a lot. POON WAI's subordinates dun for debt from SIU LING. She is now helpless. WAI YIN realizes this and lends SIU LING her private property together with a diamond ring.
