After driving MAY HA and KIT away, WAI feels lonely and thus he does not want KAU to leave him. He dares not to tell KAU the truth. LI HO understands his feeling and promises to keep the secret for him. LIN TAI becomes KAU' s good friend. As she wants to buy a new car, KAU introduces KIT to her. However they have conflicts and LIN TAI complains to his boss and he is dismissed. KIT is unemployed and WAI forces him to pay the debt. He is in bad mood. Meanwhile YAN YAN wants to marry him so as to run away from heavy work load. However KIT refuses and this widens the gap between them. LIN TAI feels guilty and KIT is fired. She invites him to join her company. KIT knows the weak points of her character and he tries to flatter her and he manages to affect her decision. TOY NA wants to open a new boutique.
